These Terms of Service govern use of the website operated by 20d Ministries, Inc. at 20dministries.chat and our mobile application Pixelogic Gallery (package com.pixelogic.gallery, version 1.0.0).

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or using Pixelogic Gallery, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the app.

2. Website use

You may browse company information for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse contact channels, or misrepresent your identity when communicating with us.

3. Pixelogic Gallery

Pixelogic Gallery is an offline nonogram (picross) pixel-puzzle application published by 20d Ministries, Inc. for personal, non-commercial use.

• License: Built-in puzzles and pixel artwork are licensed for personal use within the app. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app’s puzzle packs or artwork except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
• Exports: You may save exported PNG files using the device Storage Access Framework and share them under your own responsibility. You remain responsible for how you use any exported files.
• No account / offline: V1.0 does not require an account and is designed to work offline without uploading gameplay data to our servers.
• No ads or in-app purchases in V1.0: Version 1.0 does not include advertising or real-money in-app purchases.
• Disclaimer: The app is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted puzzle availability or error-free operation.

4. Information accuracy

We aim to keep company information accurate. Service descriptions may be updated as offerings evolve. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer unless confirmed in a separate written agreement. We do not guarantee store approval, installs, rankings, or revenue outcomes.

5. Intellectual property

Text, branding, logos, layout on this website, and the Pixelogic Gallery name, puzzles, pixel artwork, and related materials are owned by 20d Ministries, Inc. or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written consent, except for PNG exports you create through the app’s export feature as described above.

6. Third-party links

If the website or app materials link to external sites, we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer

The website and Pixelogic Gallery are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 20d Ministries, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or Pixelogic Gallery.

9. Privacy

Personal information submitted through contact channels, and how Pixelogic Gallery handles on-device data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
